Peggi's Story

Peggi's Dressings is a journey I began while eating a Caesar salad at a dinner party my husband and I attended over 30 years ago. As I sat in my chair eating my dinner, my mind was experimenting with the ingredients I was tasting in the salad dressing our host had served to us. I could not wait to get home to experiment with ingredients and develop my very own Caesar dressing. I had no appreciation at the time, however, that those few hours I spent eating dinner that evening would change my life forever.

Caesar Classic is a creamy and delightful dressing for a Caesar salad over romaine lettuce or your favorite salad greens. Add the Croutons Classic for extra dining pleasure. Enjoy it as a wonderfully different sauce for pasta, a dip for bread-sticks, or vegetables, as well as a great marinade for chicken, fish, and meats.
